A recently finished custom Dutchie for someone on facebook. This makes up my largest ref sheet to date! Though I don't draw dutch angel dragons often, I'm pretty happy with the anatomy on his one! She wanted an emo/demonic design with neon elements so I feel the Halloween-y pallet was perfect for this. I especially loved making the torn wings which most "Abyssal" Dutchies seem to share.
