This fun idea took me 20min or less to string together and is enough for 4-6 people. It's not as "from scratch" as I usually cook but it is DAMN good.

Recipe:

1 Bag White Corn Tortilla Chips
1lb Velveeta Cheese (about 1/2 spreadable block)
12oz of Salsa or About Half A Jar (mild, med, or hot)
1lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
Extra toppings! (shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, guacamole, etc...)

Cut the Velveeta into chunks and place into a microwave safe bowl. Pour salsa on top of it. (about 50/50 salsa cheese ratio) Microwave in 2-3min increments stirring in between until thoroughly melted. Brown the hamburger and add taco seasoning according to packet directions. Mix the seasoned meat into the cheese dip and SHAZAM! Macho nacho dip! Add additional toppings as you see fit and enjoy!
