It is for alcoholics. And I am not saying that as a joke.
If alcoholics were not able to get their booze right now they would have to be hospitalized as well because of withdrawal symptoms, putting even more strain on the healthcare systems.
So yeah, as sad as it might be, legal drugs are essential right now because making them unavailable now would cause more harm.

MMMM I mean... you're NOT WRONG... I have little sympathy for those who got themselves into a state where they became alcoholic. I feel for their plight but it kinda was their fault to begin with in one way or another.
EDIT since I'm sure someone will misunderstand. I'm not faulting them for getting into a life situation that may have led to them leaning on alcohol as a coping mechanism. I'm faulting them for CHOOSING alcohol as their coping mechanism leading to their dependence on what amounts to a weak poison.

I actually REDUCED my trips to the booze store (mainly cuz they're cheaper than getting the same booze at the local supermarket, which I find hilarious). I used to go every other week or so to get say, a case of beer and/or a bottle or two of the harder stuff. This past month, I've only been to the liquor store ONCE and it was a bit of a tense experience.
Haha yeah I guess it looks bad from that perspective huh? XD What I was going for was showing my full expression but the mask was in the way. I don't actually do that IRL.
I also realized later that I also didn't draw the mask covering my whole snoot so all in all it just looks bad on my end as well. xD; My b.
