Rexouium is a made up species and the name meaning Rex=king and ouium=Care taker․ They are the king care takers of their world․ They are rather tall species usually reaching to 7ft tall. They know how to climb well and got strong legs for speed and jumping.

It gets me super hyped for VR Chat or looking at 3d stuff myself again.
I only noticed this twice, in a span of like 4-6 hours of playing/using the model from FurHub.

VR Chat on the non-linked Quest 2 was starting to look kinda boring before I found this. Now to get a PC built....
It is sorta weird how the avatar appears to be an "in betweener" though.
I can equip him and see him fine in my camera and mirrors in the game, but I have seen others take the avatar, and they only show up as robots. So I can equip a basic avatar and be seen by me and everyone, yours and be seen only by myself, or as a robot to others, or a non compatible avatar and be a robot to everyone.
Pretty crazy stuff. Too bad there's no low poly option like I have for CAD modeling when my assemblies get too big. Then everybody could see everybody. Better than robots. But it's all sorcery to me :p
Though I have noticed. In the scene with 6 rex's the eyes don't change with the expressions. But the one with all of the colors and sizes does. But they don't have as many dynamic bones. Is there a way to fix that or is it how they are set up?
Sounds like something weird happen with the controller? They all should have the eyes or pupils change with the gestures. Did u possibly drag any textures on top of the eyes? There is another mesh behind one meant to be transparent and inner mesh has the blendshapes so that first problem I can think of second might be some controller over driving the pupils which there one with eyes for slit, big and small pupils. I hope that helps u.
The only thing that might've made it better would be if the avatars had a proper sitting and prone animations by default (that doesn't require Full Body Tracking), instead of crouching and crawling on the floor.

They look like a mix between Fennek fox and something Birdlike :D but their face expression in VRChat is always so adorable <3
I don't know how you think about it, but i hope we will see some Fursuits in the future of them :)
