Mercenary for hire, Loki usually takes his time, and lives on the edges of the system, enjoying himself in a rather ramshakle apartment that he shares with no one.
A preferred user of Omni-Blade and pistol combat, he recklessly uses his bright and flashy coloring to throw people off before his killing strike.
He is as boistrous as he is skilled, one of many words, but few harsh, always praising others, and seeking to be the source of laughter.
Dispite his rather unusual behavior, he has proven himself a skilled warrior, and one with a well known reputation.
His nickname comes from his unusual style of combat, and quick wit, as well as a rather large distain for his birthname.
