The Demi-Goddess of Hope and Humanity; she was sent by the Goddess Yer to safeguard and rally the people of Haven during the vampire incursions. With the people supporting her, they were able to push the vampires from the isle.
She mostly spends her time patrolling the vast districts of Haven and the surrounding isles. While she appears stout and stoic, most that meet her will often say she's got a heart of gold that's as brilliant as her hair and her character can inspire those around her to be the best version of themselves.
It probably seems obvious but I want to point out her dress is blowing in the wind.
