As with the Pensive Drohan piece I uploaded earlier, I decided to get a Mataur piece that's slightly out of character. In past pieces he has been smug, silly, humiliated and been downright nasty. But for this, I wanted to portray a sense of sadness and broken soul since Mataur's actual backstory is rather sad and his actions within Drohan's world come from a sense of emptiness and desire to feel powerful after the life he had lead before.
