Age's character Dugun exacts revenge on me for contributing to his transformations by stealing from me, leading me up to a mirror and "gifting" me with one of his forms!

You tracked the mysterious man all night, to this place. Secluded from the town below, he led you up this mountain, far from modernity. Here through the ancient woods, under moonless sky.
You didn’t realize it at first, a bump in the market, or perhaps a trip on a cobble stone, but you’re sure he stole something… and tried to escape away - but you followed him, unshaken. The moon had risen when you saw him changing, becoming - inhuman almost, you swear you saw a tail trailing him.
Eventually, he stopped - here in this strange grove, with a great mirror ahead of you. At first it was cracked, a piece missing - until the man - who you see clearly now for the first time - reached into a satchel and pulls out a glowing green shard. The rat-man smiles and places it into the mirror - where it fits perfectly.
The artifact glimmers and casts light, as every crack seals up, revealing a perfect mirror surface. He swishes his rat’s tail and steps forward, passing into and through the magic mirror.
After he enters, he turns back and taunts you, smirking as he dangles a bag… perhaps that’s where he stashed what stole from you? As he passes, the surface shimmered and glows, showing everything but your reflection. You can’t see for sure where he went, as mysterious Items, places visions swirl over the mirror… You must pick one and hope what you’re looking for is on the other side. What do you see?
A powerful electrical storm seems to be brewing in the depths of the mirror, would he have hid there? In whatever world this is, you can hear the sounds of many unfamiliar animals, and the whirr of strange, yet familiar technology!
