Welll here you all go another of my PCA characters. Frankly I like how I typed this one out. Decided to go with a female Lugia. Why you ask because I wanted to=3 Anyhoo hope you like this one X3

Personality: At first was self-centered, rude, and stuck up. Now is kind, grateful, and sometimes bashful
Hobbies: Swimming (when in the mood), shopping, talking on the phone (rarely), hanging out with friends (one particular person)

Eva was born in Cianwood City in the Johto region. Her life was pretty much normal for her childhood but when growing her life got a little bit worse and then got better for her but her attitude had changed. While living in Cianwood City she was mostly a happy nice little girl with her both of her parents working at a pharmacy store which was only a few miles away from their own place. Sometimes when her parents would be away at work she would sneak off out of the home and swim in the ocean waters. She wasn’t good as a swimmer so she stayed in the sallow waters to be safe. One day when she wasn’t in the mood to swim her mother and father got home early from their day at the pharmacy and had news that they were had gotten jobs in the area of Goldenrod City that could pay better and so were going to have to leave Cianwood.

When they arrived in Goldenrod City, Eva was a bit sad because she was missing the ocean water she always used to swim. Her mother had gotten a job at a Radio Tower as an executive at the west most part of the city while the father was an assistant at a bike shop and mechanic at the south part of the city but just because they were working kinda far they still had time for their daughter. Whenever they didn’t have to work the whole family would spend time together by going out and doing something fun.

The reason for Eva being in the PCA at the age of 15 was because her attitude had changed within the years. She had gotten herself a good paying job (a waitress) in her teens and once she was making the money she was spending money like there was no tomorrow. Her parents knew about the job and were a little worried about the job and because of this they decided to sign their daughter up for the PCA in the Kanto.

As a freshmen she was very stuck up thinking she was better than everyone else so she didn’t make any friends however during her sophomore year her attitude changed thanks to one of the students named Cody Paden. They were scheduled to battle one on one and even though Cody was at a disadvantage since he was a Fighting type and she was a Psychic/Flying type he was able to pull off a win. He had known about her since part of his freshmen year and after a little talk they had after the match her stuck-up, self centered attitude completely changed and two became very good friends.
