OK, today if you didn't notice I've been trying to get though some of the back log on DA. I've managed to view a few hundred arts dating between August and November last year.
As a result of viewing all that art it somehow put me in a drawing mood. So I started GIMP and grabbed my tablet and started drawing.
This is actually the first submission I'm pleased with in quite some time. I even tried that model thing, starting off with a circle with a cross in it before I started to add anything else. It's actually the angle that I draw the cross which stopped the drawing turning into another 2D side image.
Another thing is that while drawing I managed to keep my hand from shaking, which for some reason always seems to occur when I want to draw something. My hand did start getting unsteady toward the end though.
I think the hair could do with a bit of work on it too. :p
So what do you think, bear in mind my track record?

It was you who said "bare in mind my track record" so that's what I was referring to.
You didn't ask for constructive criticism, you asked for opinions. If you only wanted people to have people tell you it was great, then you should've said, as I was giving my actual and honest opinion to you, for which I apologise.

hmmm for advice, i'd say use references, those help me a lot. XD I have this mind, however, that randomly figures out how to draw shit. its quite useful, but also very wierd for those around me. mostly because i'll suddenly say something outloud like, "Oh so thats how you do that!" or "yeah, if i would do that, it would help..." My family gives me the wierdest looks sometimes.
And yes, i love comments, you dont know how much i appreciate you going through and commenting on all that stuff.
