Ok so Zeeter Griffin here ready to explain this image.
In this image we can at first glance observe that we are looking at the person from a worms point of view, basically meaning that we are indeed small, and that the paw is so big that it covers the whole face so we cannot witness it from this angel.
Upon further gazes we will find out that a little person probably roughly the same height as us stuck under the giants paws without the giant noticing it, this could be because the small person is not that heavy and thus not strick a single nerve in the giants body that something might be stuck under the paw or that the giant is choosing to be careless and ignorant just to have the feeling of something being stuck under its paws stay there for a bit more.
Inconclusion, this picture is trying to tell us an unaware giant is relaxing whilst a little furry person is stuck under its paw with no control and all its mercy at the hand or should I say, paw, of the giant.
