My first and favorite next gen character and I neglect her so bad! It's because of the humanoid part of her. It's so hard to draw them, but I'm so happy I got this to look really good.

Rarity and Tirek did not start off on the friendliest of terms. Celestia and Luna brought him out of banishment to attempt to reform him. This task was set on Rarity to manage. It was rough, painful, and they hated each other with a passion. In an attempt at manipulation, Tirek seduced her causing her to get pregnant. The pregnancy was painful to start and they were both almost adamant on terminating it. Though, after some time, the two grew closer and came to love each other in the end. During the birth, Rarity ended up having to have a c-section due to Sagittarius being a centaur like Tirek. Tirek fretted the entire time during the operation but Rarity took it like a trooper. Hours later, they both held their little girl in their arms.

Sagittarius grew up to have a personality that was a mix of her parents, perhaps not for the best. She has an odd way of talking about things, others aren't sure if it's snark or sarcasm, friendly or offensive. Because of this, she doesn't have many friends, some backing away discouraged by her words. But others have come to see past that and get to know and understand her and the way she acts. Sagittarius has earned a hard shell thanks to her parents as well. She is not easily hurt, emotionally or physically. If others try to get under her skin, she brushes them off like dust on her shoulders.

As soon as Sagittarius started to train with a bow is when her elemental abilities showed up. It was a worried and confused morning when she woke up with a bright purple eye. Not knowing what to think, they turned to their friend Philter for advice. After a bit of examining, he chuckled and explained what talent she had. However, she found out she could only use these abilities with her bow, which Rarity thought it a blessing. Imagining Sagittarius accidentally setting her outfits ablaze gave her a fright at the thought. But practice she did, honing her skills, though it never seemed right. This was until Tirek and Rarity gifted her a magical bow on her 15th birthday, specially created for her and her magic. It was what she had been missing all this time, a conduit to focus her energy into and build it up into the arrowhead.

Beast hunting was her calling. Staying in town for so long was making her antsy and bored. Sagittarius would often wander into the Everfree Forest and face creatures there for a quick rush, but it was never enough and she always yearned for more. She told her parents during dinner as she couldn't handle the thoughts swirling in her head any longer. Rarity was against the idea, spouting how she could get hurt, killed, or worse. Tirek, on the other hand, was intrigued by the idea and helped convince Rarity to let her give it a shot. Of course he would be there to teach her all he knew about beasts and hunting them. Sagittarius was a natural. It took time to learn all she could about the different beasts around Equestria and beyond, mostly taking time to study in the libraries of their friends and allies. It was her calling and Tirek knew that, Rarity finally coming to terms with it eventually. Normally, Sagittarius doesn't go too far from Equestria, though sometimes her job calls her to lands beyond her county. When she does come home, she is sure to bring gifts and trophies with her.
