Since I often get requests to see pictures that are a touch rougher, I thought this one would serve nicely. I know for me, I love to see sketches from artists I admire to gain some insight into their layout/rendering processes. I hope you do too.
Two characters from a property imagined by Shawntae Howard: The Mecharoos. Superhero(ish?) kangaroos who piloted roo-mechs to... I dunno, probably battle evil.
He originally approached me to do the art for the comic that he would write, but then he got too busy and never developed it further. Sad for me, 'cause I really enjoyed these characters (as well as their mech counterparts). Who knows? Maybe someday I'll ask him if I can run the story myself?
oh, and huzzah for roo-feet.

Glad you like my 'roos. They're often mistaken for rabbits, so I'm obviously not the most accurate to life, but if you think they're good, then that's all that matters.
Also, there's nothing saying Shawntae -couldn't- ever get around to sending me some Mecharoos to draw. He's just so busy and I think he's reducing the amount of comic work he's doing due to his day job.

Rabbits? pah people don't pay enough attention to details or submission titles then :> the ears aren't even that long and the posture on the one in the back is just about perfectly that of a roo.
But yea that'd be awesome if it ever kick-started back up again, I'd so buy a copy! and curious does shawntae have a site? knowing that an idea like this almost came about I'm interested to see what else he has.
