Yup, i'm having a LOT of trouble with my guts and bowels...IBS SUCKS!!!
Its not food related, i've been kinda stressed and overheated due to the hot weather.
So, in turn my guts have decided to try and kill me for the last 2-3 days.
I barely had enough energy to vent this out and let you all know i'm feeling pretty crap at the moment.
Commissions will be worked on once I can stop the cramping, pain and bathroom visits.
I don't often get unwell, and this time it is my IBS causing the problem.
