It's quite nice and heartfelt...
Only thing I'd say I don't like about it would be the 'And if we do, I don't know if I would see it through' part.
Whereas you may not feel it, obviously, in my opinion, portrayed through the poem, it creates the faint feeling of doubt.
The entire poem is positive, and in the middle of it there, there is a sudden negative feeling that feels like it's out in No Man's Land with the positivity surrounding it.

That's just my writers thought on it, it's still quite good. ^_^
I giggled at the use of the word 'wizz' though ^_^
