This is the design for what I broke myself over: the beast costume for my work's production of Tale of Beauty & the Beast.

Once I started forming the idea, I couldn't think about anything else. I immediately started sketching out what was in my brain. Then I just told my boss I was making the beast costume for the show.

It being for a theatrical production, I had to take a lot of different things into account. It's designed to be put on and taken off in under a minute and a half.

The face is left open so the actor can still portray emotion.

The costume legs were design so they could be adjusted for a different person, and the padding removed for washing of the pants (yay!)
