Its clearer and clearer for me and i dont expect anyone to fully understand what's been going on since i didnt full get it in the first place hahaha.
But that habit, impulse, repetition got unrooted cuz it was getting mega unhealthy for my body, psyche and energy - - - but learned so much from it so i cant be mad.
