Energy is a mysterious topic but this has helped understand more of it. Alot of it is thought and feeling based yet i explaining "how" is one's own experience and results.
One thing's for sure, as soon as i changed my patterns of thinking and expecting, things changed, at first it was freaky then quite groovy. I still have to practice since old patterns fully cleaned in an instant yet its still a rolling start : D
