I was asked if I'd do a t-shirt for the local SF con, and developed this. (Keep in mind, the cross-hatched areas would be solid black when inked.)
As an afterthought, I used Photoshop to enlarge the figure of Saara (at right). I could as easily move the spaceship further left, so that both would extend out of the frame of the picture.
Which works better for you? This version, or the one in which Saara is smaller? (See next file.)
The spaceship, by the way, is a modified version of Toronto's CN Tower.

I'd vote for this one, although it does have a slight issue of the the skirt's strap blending into the curve of the boulder.
I'd guess that having the spaceship extending out of the picture would be odd. Possibly because it would put Saara and the ship on the same plane.
It also would be interesting to see what it would look like with just the spaceship popping out.

The underside of that dress-strap is one of a number of minor issues I'd correct in a final version before inking. I want to work on the surface of the moonlet she's standing on, for one thing. It's not obvious what it is. Another is the background of Saturn under her right arm. That's a bit confusing too.
Yeah, it didn't take me long to pick up on the fact that the ship was the CN tower... just a couple of hours. Though maybe CN in this context mans Cosmic Navigation.
Another thing that strikes me is, it's possible to misread the perspective and assume the ship is about 4 feet long and about to poke Saara in the eye!
