Digital Illustration pic. Practicing PATHS in Photoshop. WHOOO made this much easier. It's like inking but without... inking. But smooth outlines. OH WOW.
I set up and photographed the still life myself, then painted it from the photograph-- this IS all painted.
Objects pictured: CD, Smoky quartz, tiny jar of honey, old pocketwatch, plastic bottle of hand sanitizer, and the bits of green are a cloth/stitching-covered case for my meditation balls.
I have a bajillion acrylic paintings I need to photograph/scan; that's what's been keeping me busy.
Forgot how many hours this was; honestly not THAT many. Also I finally have Photoshop on my laptop and will be phasing over to that from OpenCanvas. OC is just horribly juvenile and limited. Oh well!

That is absolutely remarkable! The metallic detail of the clock’s faceplate and the metal ring & spinner?(part that turns the clocks hands) looks photo realistic and the overall reflection of light, transparency and visual appearance of the other objects looks just as good too. I really love the colors overall and the setup of the objects worked well to show the elements (transparency, reflection of light, etc) in an interesting way.
Phenominal work on this Kitt. You’ve got some mad skill there.
