Woo!!! I was actually commissioned by
Ifihadjo to draw Amelie and Finley! I actually used the head sketch of Amelie from her reference sheet. I could not get her head to look right, so I just stole a head I already drew for her. LOL
Either way, here are Amelie and Finley having tea! Who knows what they are talking about. Part of the fun is you can decide for yourself. I bet Finley is saying, "Hey? Remember when I was wanking in the chapter 3 illustration and you didn't notice? Yeah, I remember that, too." XD
What's cool is Ifihadjo and I will have the only two prints of this in the world! :D

Sherlock Holmes as the novel from Conan Doyle or Sherlock Hound anime by Miyazaki?
Sherlock Holmes by Doyle - I think that took place in the 1880s or 1890s. I can't remember. My story is in the 1870s.
Sherlock Hound by Miyazaki - Nope. That anime is Edwardian (1910s). :)

This is superb!
The lighting and shading is really well done, plus the expressions on Amelie and Finley are sweet. I've never seen Finley smile like that before. :)
Also the little details you added like the shadow of the window, steam coming from the tea, the polished wood on the furniture, and a floral design on the chair Finley is sitting on.

I've been a spaniel for a long time. XD Ilani (the 'pine) just wasn't anything like me in personality and such. I still have her as a character, but I don't play as her often. I created a character to me more like me and I created Amelie, the English Springer Spaniel! :D
