It is interesting when you know parts should be there and yet they are not. Then, to make it extra odd, these characters can wear diapers despite appearing to have no way of, well, using them.
If you took the approach of shows like 'Tiny Toon Adventures', or 'Animaniacs', where they know they are actors. I wonder how they take being told to go about their work knowing that someone is using a photo program to nullifying their parts?

Haha oh yeah, a lot of old shows would edit things like this away! Or censor them out however possible. And for friends like these, I'm guessing they'd enjoy the feeling of it all shrinking away and disappearing! Definitely odd how characters might not have parts, but might have diapers or use bathrooms or even mate! The concept of not giving characters genitals is so common, but they never really explain how practical and rational it is given the rest of the world.
But hey if folks in toons enjoy it, I'm all for them having fun. (:
