Sorry I haven't really been posting on here! I'm going to try and upload some more art. Anyway this is progression of what "main" sona's I've had throughout my years as an artist.
My first sona was Lugia, was always my favorite and I was obsessed with these babies~ Especially when Soul silver came out.
-Normal Colors with the exception of cyan eyes
-No specific name other than
My fishsona was also made during this time. However wasn't exactly a main, only on occasion
2nd sona was a night fury. Once I saw HTTYD in 2010 I fell in love with the species. They were too cute T.T
-Dark blue with Cyan eyes
- no specific name/ Went by "Blue"
I even started making a Lugia/Night fury hybrid and using that as a sona too. The design was always changing so it never had a set one.
3rd Sona; Zoroark. Zoroark was released not long after HTTYD so the HTTYD faze didn't last too long. I then joined DA the same time too!
-Now called "Zora"
-First appearance of the Amethyst necklace
4th Sona: Gorilla. I've always loved Gorillas and I was slowly but surely losing my interest in zoroark. It attracted a lot of attention I didn't want and it reflected on the cringe years. I wanted to go with something original that wasn't connected to anything so then Bloob was born!
-Still named Zora
-Still has the necklace
I still have all my other side sonas but I wanted to focus on the main ones I've had throughout life

This is so cool!! I had no idea you had those as sonas before, I only found you after you started using Bloob! Lugia has been one of if not my favorite legendary since Gold/Silver released, and I also loooove the first HTTYD movie, and the Riders of Berk series. Zoroark is pretty cool, too. And of course you know I love gorillas! :p
Hoots is my first sona, although I played with the idea of a tundra dragon from Flight Rising briefly before him, but it was never official. My chimp oc Cozy almost became my sona before Hoots, but I wanted to design an easier to replicate character since I knew I wanted to get art of my sona. My bonobo Boey was a secondary sona for awhile, but I didn't feel connected, so he was demoted to OC status. Same with my opossum Wally, after Boey. And eventually, along came my deinonychus Kas, who is currently my secondary sona! Hoots is the only one who has survived the test of time since 2015 and he's always been my main, but he did go through a design change in 2018, which is when he got the markings he has now!

Lugia is best legendary~ when I was younger it was my favorite thing in the world 😂 but once HTTYD came along, I fell in love with the night fury species. And then Zoroark was released the same year and since then I used it and joined DA and used it for the majority of my time there under the username “Zoroarkqueen”. But due to a lot of negative attention it brought, I lost touch with it and then went to something that I truly felt was me, which was a gorilla~ and I’m glad I did!

I'm so glad you've found a sona you really connect with!! Especially if there was negativity with some of the other ones, it must be a relief to have escaped all that.
2014 is when the gears started moving for me 😂 I got obsessed with the Animal Planet show Escape to Chimp Eden, which lead to a rediscovery of Rise of the Planet of the Apes, which lead to discovering that there was a sequel to it, and it all went from there. I joined a Tumblr roleplay community for the reboot Planet of the Apes series using Cozy (named after the Chimp Eden chimpanzee, of course) sometime in late 2014 or early 2015, and after awhile of roleplaying a chimp (albeit a genetically enhanced one) I was set on having a chimpanzee as my fursona. It just came down to would it be Cozy, or would I design a new chimp. And Hoots was born, rofl
