I don't know why, but whenever I see a hare as obese as this, I'm reminded of the classic Aesop fable "The Tortoise and the Hare" - in which the overconfident hare (knowing he can beat the tortoise in a race) takes advantage of his huge lead by overindulging himself in whatever food he likes (most likely carrots). So, Catarsi, I don't see your hare as much air-filled, as he appears food-filled!

Well, yes, the hare is indeed full of carrots, thats what i tried to draw, also i drew carrots around to make the idea. But i dont put the pic at fattening theme since at that state he's not fat yet. Also...isnt the hare of the fable take a nap instead of eating carrots?

Reminds me of Ryo-ohki possibly getting a hold of a full carrot harvest.
