This reminds me of something I'd hear from Ridge Racer 4. A little smooth jazz, but a lot like mellow DnB. It's a cool groove.
Not sure if its just the MP3, but the sine bass kind of "eats up" all the sonic space. My only critique would be to push the bass down a little bit so it's more of a foundation and not quite so "in your ears". (don't get me wrong, I LOVE the solid bass, it just fights a little too much with the airy pads IMO)
