Galgadio the Liger was accompanied by his friend Alan to sign up for the MALAKAS Project, but became one of the first 10 recruits, alongside Alex Thunder to take up an experiment on February 20. He had once a military training, which left him fit enough to take on running and basketball. Since the experiment, he desires to take up on heavy load by joining monthly bodybuilding competition.

Galgadio is a hybrid of a tiger and a lion, initially standing at 6ft, who happens to lack his last name. He happens to have a military training once, leaving him fit enough to take on running and basketball, although desires more to be a bodybuilder.
One day, he and his friend Alan had a lengthy talk at a cafe, in a city in Eastern California, about a recent announcement of the MALAKAS Project, when a muscular cheetah soldier entered their conversation. He told them about the benefits of joining the project, mostly about muscles, which intrigued the liger who immediately announced to sign himself up. Alan quickly turned him, arguing that they still didn't know much about the project, only for the cheetah to enlist Alan as well. He added that most of the volunteers were high schoolers and young adults, all wishing to be big and strong soldiers, and that both Galgadio and Alan would have to come to Santo Tomas to catch the bus next week.
Galgadio was excited to join the project in hopes of becoming a bodybuilder he ever wanted, while Alan felt conflicted and unsure about the project's actual purpose, as he already learned through online claims by journalists and witnesses. Starting on February 20th, Galgadio took weeks of training before taking a syringe on March 3rd but Alan decided to keep working out on his own, wanting to see the effects on his friend. When Galgadio's muscles defined, Alan was astonished to see the change but still hesistant, deciding take a shot next month.
Galgadio was promoted to a Super Soldier sometime later, and became a mentor to Alan, wanting his coyote friend to become his fellow bodybuilder, but changes in his body caused the liger to develop attraction towards Alan, making their relationship seem less platonic.
After gaining the Juggernaut rank on the very day and an honorable discharge after Alan earned the same rank later on, Galgadio has been very satisfied with his new body. After all, all he ever wanted is become a big bodybuilder, but it opens more opportunities for him to try. He has been called to join the American Football along with Alan, he accepts it. As the Super Soldier with a Juggernaut transition ability however, he can persuade or intimidate anyone to change rules in his favor.
