When sending a reference of your characters, be sure you LINK DIRECTLY TO THE IMAGES YOU WANT ME TO USE! I won't go through your whole gallery just to find what I need!

I don't like deadlines, so dont commission me for something that you're gunna need by a certain date. It stresses me out too much and I have a full time job next to doing art.

ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINING OR QUESTIONING MY PRICES! When you commission me you're not just paying for art, but you're paying for my skill, experience, and most importantly, MY TIME! If you don't like that, then I suggest going elsewhere.

You must be 18 years old or higher to commission NSFW/Fetish art from me.

NSFW/Fetish Art will be an extra $10 on top of the normal price since it's something I don't do normally and, depending on the content of the commission, can make me a little uncomfortable. Also, if this is the kind of Commission you would like, I would prefer you contact me through my  SexyHexVDragon NSFW Account

If your commission involves one of my own OC's, then the $10 extra character charge will be $5 instead.

I have the right to refuse a commission!

Once your commission is completed, you are free to do what you want with it! (Icons, reupload, etc) As long you give proper credit to me and link to my DA. The only thing you are not allowed to do is claim the work as your own or Upload it to sites like ReddBubble and Teespring to sell.

WIP's will be given at each stage for the creation processes. (Sketch, Line Art, Color, and shading) So if there is a problem with the way your commission looks at any point, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I can't fix problems if i don't know what they are.

Changes to a pose can not be made once the Line Art is completed, and changes to the coloring can not be made once the shading process has started. So, again, be sure that you are letting me know what changes need to be made with each stage before moving on to the next one!

I do not accept text discriptions of characters since it leaves a LOT of room for error and puts a lot of stress on me!

You must have a CLEAR ref sheet of your character that is up to date on thier current design that is flat colored. If you don't have a Ref Sheet, a Full Body Flat colored image will do as long as I can accuratly tell what your character looks like.

NSFW artwork that is commissioned will be posted on my FA instead of DA since it's more welcome there, and it stays sparate from my SFW artwork.

If you are ordering artwork of someone else's OC, you MUST have thier permission to do so. (I will also be messageing the owner myself to make sure it's ok. Especially if the commission is an NSFW order!)

Your account must be at least 6 months old in order to commisson me! (This is to help protect against Scammers, Account Hoppers, or Pervious Blocked Folks)

I am more then happy to do commissions that involve my OC's, just as long as nature of the commission is respectful to both me and my OC's!

If your Commisson Order has multiple pictures and the total is over $100, then I will give you a payment option! You may choose which pictuers in your order you would like first! You pay for that half! This will give you a little time to get the funds needed for the other half. Once the first half is completed, you then can pay for the other pictuers. And if you change your mind on it, that's perfectly ok!

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE BACK ON A FINISHED OR AN IN PROGRESS COMMISSION! IF YOU DO, YOUR COMMISSION WILL BE DELETED AND IT WILL BE DRAWN OVER TO MAKE A YCH TO MAKE UP THE FUNDS LOST PLUS THE CHARGE BACK FEES PAYPAL ISSUES! IN ADDITION TO THIS YOU WILL BE BLOCKED, BLACKLISTED, AND I WILL MAKE AN "ARTIST BEWARE" POST ON DA AND TWITTER ABOUT YOUR BEHAVIOR! (I've never had to deal with this personally before, but it's not pleasant and I'm not taking any chances)
