In this form Vel's possibilities are really scary: He's able to turn himself into a liquid substance to travel quickly (he can even get inside of someone and take control over them), he can be larger or smaller, etc. His tentacles are really strong and if they're cut off, they'll just regenerate quickly which is applies to Velizar himself. Also multiple eyes can appear all over his body and on tentacles as well which can help him with tracking if anything.
