Fun Fact: Panopticon is a circular prison building that is used to keep an eye on prisoners in the arranged cells around the central walls.
I bought Asphalt few months ago and planned him as an asylum prisoner before so it quite matches the song I found especially that a Mirsune have only one eye and can switch to a mouth vice-versa.
