Looking at how I make Shelly (the balloon turtle), I wanted to see if I could incorporate the technique I use to make her into making another mini balloon animal. :) So I tried it out with a mini balloon dog, and it ended up working. :) Then I got another idea to make a mini version of Rex (the balloon dog), so here’s Mini Rex. :3 He’s a tiny bit bigger than Shelly, but he’s still small enough to fit in one hand. :3
