Wooooo I absolutely adore this character! A stunning design combined with such interesting source material?! 10/10 would adopt again.
2 days ago I was lucky enough to win a raffle hosted by X-enbuttzAdoptz , and I can't say I'm disappointed in the slightest. He was honestly so fun to draw.

I'm gonna start fleshing out his character a little more over the next few weeks, however I imagine him as saddened by the magic that now consumes him. How can he admire his vast hoards of wealth when everything he touches turns to gold? It's quite troublesome, and had resulted in his own body beginning to solidify into the metal as well just through accidental grooming alone. I imagine not being able to feed himself would also damage his ego to a degree.

I also like to think that this character isn't an Alicorn, but a Pegasus. The dual sets of horns he wields are fake and made of gold, to give himself a 'godly appearance' amongst his people. His greed for power is matched by his greed for gold.
