Sinra has a bit more simple taste than her charge, so the robe and sari are pretty typical for her when she's not on the job. Pinks are almost as taboo as reds in Ataeru, though, so she switches to the blue when appropriate. The second outfit is sort of a "casual but if necessary I can kick ass in it" though because she's obviously more on guard in Ataerun space. The scarf is there mainly to pull over her face for disguise, but unlike Allerick she doesn't stick out as much in Ataeru.
