Alright, so here we are on page 22 of this story. So to clear some things up on this page, Rugia and Mildred have a friendship that is on a brother-sister level. Believe it or not, I have been working on the story you have been reading so far for about five years before I started posting it. It has gone through a number of changes and rewrites until I had it the way I liked it. In short, while working on the story I wanted to give Mildred a friend that she could freely talk to a be around. The only person I could think of who would be able to earn a close relationship with Mildred was Rugia so hence forth the wholesome scene before you. In the earliest forms of this story I was going to have them be simply friends. But after being friends with Greyofpta since 2014 I along the line I decided to put Rugia and Mildred's relationship on a brother and sister relationship. So anytime Mildred has had a rough day, Rugia makes it hard for her to frown.
