Alright, this took me a while cause I wanted to find the write words to express my message. It reflects how I changed in the past few years physically and mentally and I'm hoping it inspires others to so as well. Of course when changing I want it to be known that its best not to lose the part of you that makes you who you are. A lot might may be different about me but at the end of the day, I think I'm still the same me, just tougher and wiser. I'm proud of what I've done so far and I hope I can keep it up
