Yeah Redd is coming back but notice he won't set foot on the island. He needs to stay in international waters. Otherwise he woild be arrested for art counterfeiting, organized crime, voyeurism, substance abuse, tax evasion, cult activity, gun running, espionage, halitosis, binge drinking, lurid glances, and tight shiny pants.
