Double trouble

What's worse than a dangerous 80 m tall girl? Well, a WAY BIGGER girl... about 1 km tall.
Those are the height of these girls here: Arthuria Pendragon and Nero Claudius

Arthuria was playing with this city, when suddenly, a super huge Nero found her, picked her like she were a mere rag doll, and then layed over the city, knocking down and bulldozing any building in her way, and flattening all the cars, structures and unfortunate people under her whole body.
For all the citizens of this city, this was a catastrofic massacre and disaster, yet for Nero, she was like laying over sand or a patch grass. It was an insignificant matter for her.

While she rests her legs over many skycrappers, she looks at her tiny alter-ego Arthuria, who clearly was mad that she is so huge compared to her, something that made her feel with tons of pride and couldn't help but giving her a smug expression.
All this was happening while the local forces were attacking her, without any effect, since their shots weren't even felt by Nero.
