This is the first time I have done a fan art of anything Tiny Toons related - and I decided to draw Rhubella Rat, one of the show's minor characters. She is definitely one of my favourite characters too, and it was only recently I found out she was actually on the show! =P
On another note, this is the first picture I have made using a graphics tablet - whilst I'm finding it a steep learning curve it could prove to be very handy for inbetweening in animation. ^^)

Nice! I think the one I remember the most is where Babs catches Rhubella and her boyfriend, (what was his name, Rodney?) smoking cigs in a diner, and uses whatever means necessary to make them stop. Looking back, it definitely seems like an obligatory 1990's anti-smoking PSA, but it's as funny now as it was then!
