Before we do Bard features, have Yuvna in some leather armour. I'd imagine she would much rather go for style over practicality and rely on dodging attacks.
Yuvna, Tullu & Enra will all get armoured versions since their original drawings were not in armour (and I might need them in armour for combat based features). So we're starting off with Yuvna's armour. She's quick and dexterous so I imagine having light mobile armour (with flashy style) is far more important to her. Something glamours fits the aesthetic of using enchantment & charmed basic magic to fight. Though I imagine some others in her party would imagine she'd do much better with armour that actually protects her properly.
