Coming across a fallen tree, that's trunk spans a rather wide stream, Dexy decides to take a bit of a break to give his feetpaws some much needed rest after walking through this forest for a few hours. The adventurous feline heading to no place in particular, just sort of exploring and seeing some of the hidden features this forest has tucked away behind miles and miles of lush greenery. But what was meant to be a quick break, turned into an hour-long period of rest as he found himself relaxing to the colorful tune of birds all around him. For a good while allowing himself to be captured by the rather unique flavor of peace and tranquility he felt permeate this environment. Those worn feetpaws cooling off in the calm waters flowing under the log he rests on, while his back is caressed by soothing sun rays beaming through the canopy and giving a magical vibrance to this peaceful spot...

Ahhhhh... so wonderfully relaxing again, and something I can relate to as well - love exploring the river side after pulling ashore in the kayak after a paddle. I have a few lovely pictures of fallen trees that I tend to stop at as well. ^_^ And in Dex's case, those are some very pretty feets to be relaxing. ;)
