Basically all it is is if you see a picture of someone's character with their arms out, like this -> http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3575064
you have your character give them a hug! :D
Then, if you want, you draw your character with their arms out, as if they were asking for a hug, and hopefully other people will hug your character :3
