Yeah, I do non-porn too. Here's my character for my as-yet unpublished comic, Ayame the Raccoon.
"Closing her eyes, she pictured her desired object. Due to the distance of her targets, she was going to need something to extend her range. She furrowed her brow in concentration as she forced herself to work out the very composition and assembly of Suggestion's malleable lines.
Feeling the familiar shift as her wrist mounted wonder began running like molten titanium, she took hold of the newly formed grip. A ocular scope melted upward and she pressed her eye to it, taking aim as the barrel extended and the transformation concluded. A sniper rifle, capable of penetrating material-grade armor for several miles to wreak massive, concise damage to a target.
Ayame allowed herself a tight, wry smirk, 'Reach out and touch someone'"
I'll explain her and the comic more as I post more related pics.

haha, that's the most common response I get to this pic.
the black part around the trigger housing/grip is actually the one part of the gun in constant flux. It can shift, swivel and rotate to provide her a comfortable hold while aiming.
mentally tied to her firing, it also allows travel backwards with each shot, almost completely dissipating recoil, hence no shoulder brace. This same mentally connected flux allows Suggestion (the device, as a gun, here)to compensate for heartbeat and breath instability.
FunFact: the grip part is based on the grip of the Predator's disc blade.
