I don't think anyone here on FA knows about Perfection, I've only posted artwork of him on DA. In any case I haven't drawn him in ages and the thought dawned upon me today to make a picture of him again. Yes I know I went crazy with the glows and blurs but I really wanted the whole bright look he gives off to be shown in this picture.

I won't bother with trying to explain this guy right now cuz it's a long and complicated story. :P
