Quite good overall, but I'm especially impressed with her head. The eyes, the teeth, the hair, the curve of her cheek. She's so pretty and playful, good job.
I do miss the way you indicate texture. It's a shame that there isn't an easy visual riff to indicate "scaly," equivalent to the little fur fluffies that you do on your mammals.
