Just a silly doodle that popped into my head and made me want to draw it. I'm sure it's probably been done before, but I don't care, it was fun. Good way to kill time between commissions :P
Basically, as I'm sure you all know, the black marks on a fox's arms and legs are sometimes referred to as "gloves" and "socks", because I guess they resemble them. Well, I just took that idea and made it literal!
So here we have a fox guy, getting dressed and ready for the world, but putting on his socks and gloves. x3

Well, in my mind I was sort of imagining the "gloves" and "socks" a fox has as being actual socks. The black starts at roughly the knee/elbow and continues down to the toes. So in this little picture I was imagining the fox actually being completely orange and having to litterally "put on" his gloves and socks. So if I'dve left toe holes it would have looked cool, sure, but wouldn't have done quite what I was after, as the toes would have been orange, in this case...

Been watching your art for awhile and have to admit i am really loving the style that you use. Saw this pic and the first thing I thought of was the next partner he yiffs won't get any scratches thanks to the socks. Keep up the awsome work and i will be looking forward to seeing everything you do.
