The Tilly Torpedo is a single pilot operated manned rocket, with retractable landing gear and motorized treads for quick conversion into a land vehicle when necessary or when air travel proves too hazardous.
The Torpedo's flight speed and max altitude are actually quite low, not being able to travel very high or fast while airborne. This is actually intentional to prevent possible injuries caused by calling from great heights or succumbing to G forces while airborn.
As a land vehicle however, with the combined power of the treads motors and the Torpedo's engine, it is capable of going from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds flat!
