Kira’s work has to have him desensitized to this he has to do. He needs to never show fear or just any kind of weakness. He inherited his position from his late grandfather, his father passed and his grandfather thought his older brother wouldn’t be able to handle it.

Under his rule the family business became more tight knit and even though they still had “hiccups” things were running much more smoothly
