Poached to perfection this salmon is a melt in the mouth delight from the kitchens of tizona

so, I had some salmon. I decided to eat it!
was gonna bake it, but I had this mirepoix going [celery, onions, carrots] and decided to simmer them to caramelize the flavors, and decided couscous is needed, getting the idea from Alton Brown, I used a steamer to steam the couscous like he instructed in the "ill gotten grains" episode of Good eats. added some chicken stock to the veggies, seasoned with garlic, crushed red pepper, thyme, and rosemary, and of course, salt, and poached the fish for about 15 minutes. it's pretty darn good!
