1 egg
1 plate of plain porridge
Green onion if you like
Fried onion if you like
White pepper
Put rendang, egg and the rest to a pan mix it well then turn the heat on
Cook until egg well done or half done
Lastly enjoy! Its healthylisious
* From Chris: Always remember - porridge, oatmeal and similar starches will need to START with a boil, but then immediately taken off to cook down. This is because, if left boiling, you may end up with "Mt. Vesuvius" and have it splattering all over your stovetop XD!!!
Further, you can certainly stir in the egg when it is cooking down (think of it like carbonara) or leave in the egg whole (poached goodness, unf)
