i've just been feeling bad for a few months now and barely looked out of this devilish circle but thanks to such good friends who just support me and also prevented me from breaking off contact with whom which would have probably only drawn me in even more i finally feel better and can see the positive things again

i know it is not always easy especially not with me so i am all the more happy to have you all
