StripeKazama******************************
This is a Swedish dessert. It'd translate to 'Sticky Cake' or 'Gooey Cake' in English, I'd guess. It origins from the Swedish city of Örebro.
Ingredients needed:
2 eggs
0.8 cups/2dl sugar
6oz/175grams butter
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
0,6/1,5dl cups flour
A block of orange flavoured chocolate.
How to:
1. Set the oven to 150 Celsius (or 300 Fahrenheit)
2. Grease an ovenproof tin and then grab a handful of breadcrumbs and drop into it. grab the tin and move it around until the crumbs stick to the tin. Just throw away any leftover crumbs that doesn't stick to the form.
3. Melt 5oz/150grams of the butter and let it cool off
4. Stir together the eggs and sugar (not the vanilla sugar) with a fork of sorts.
5. Then add the cooled off melted butter, flour, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder into the egg and sugar mixture and stir around with the fork.
6. Pour the mixture into the greased and breaded tin and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
7. Once done, take the cake out and let it cool off for a bit.
8. Melt together the rest of the butter and the chocolate and pour over the cake.
9. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream.
Enjoy!
